1. Reference number in Invoices and receipt
The operator’s view
This enhancement improves the reliability and accuracy of invoice number generation, ensuring seamless alignment with submitted e-Invoices for casual, season, and valet transactions.
Operators can navigate to Payment, filter by Entry Basis or Valet Parking, and download the payment receipt.

The customer’s view
Customers can log into their individual accounts and navigate to the "Bills" section to view or download invoices or receipts. Once the invoice number is processed and available via the service, an updated receipt will be issued, including a "RECEIPT NO" section. Users can reference this receipt number for future e-Invoice requests.

2. New features for E-Invoice Module
2.1. E-Invoice Submission Settings
Operator can enable the Auto Submission to further configure the Submission Settings.

By default, the E-Invoice module submits all types of parking system revenue to LHDN. However, operators can selectively choose which revenue types to submit to LHDN.
Follow the steps below to configure
- Select the type of revenues to submit to LHDN by enabling Season, Entry Basis (casual parking collection), Valet and Penalty.

Select to submit "User Request," "Consolidate," or both.
For revenues from Season, Casual, and Valet:
a. Enable "Consolidate": The system will submit revenues as a consolidated e-invoice to LHDN.
b. Disable "Consolidate": The parking system will only submit revenues under "User Request" as individual e-invoices. This option is primarily for operators who prefer to submit consolidated e-invoices via another ERP system.
c. Note: By default, "User Request" cannot be disabled.
For Penalty Revenues:
d. Enable "Consolidate": The system will submit revenues as a consolidated e-invoice to LHDN.
e. Individual e-invoice submission is not available for penalty revenues.
- Save the changes.
2.2 Display E-Invoice Submission Status under Report
The E-invoice submission status will be displayed in both the payment transaction listing report and the season pass transaction listing. Operators can track the status of their submissions by reviewing these reports.

3. The Abnormal Records – Duplicated records
Any error related to duplicate records are now labelled with error code `90000 - Duplicate Record` for clear identification.

4. New report – Length of Stay
This report provides insights into how many vehicles stay in each time band, categorized by their exit types, such as Touch 'n Go, PayWave, LPR, Tickets, Season Pass, Manual Checkout, and Member Card.
Navigate to Report > Analysis > Length of Stay to find this new report. The operator can filter the report by parking zone and date range.

5. New Payment Methods – GoNet, FlexiParking, and Member Cards
To enhance payment flexibility and convenience, the system now integrates a new member card feature and introduces support for additional e-Wallet Direct providers.
