Inlet port and bucket removal orientation


There are 6 options for inlet port and bucket removal orientation.
The orientation can be set by rearranging the connection between
main body and lower body. Consider the orientation carefully so
that it will not pose any obstruction for filter replacement work.

Filter cleaning


Filter cleaning is by manual vibration or shaking. It is easy to do,
just by turning the vibration/shaking knob to the left and right.

Filter replacement


Open the top part of the unit to replace the filter. It has a locking mechanism
for safety during replacement. The filter can be easily replaced without tools.

Reducing burden on filter and dust separation by swirling airflow
The dust-laden air is sucked through the inlet becomes a high-speed airflow that swirls and descends along the
inside surface of the main body. At this time, the outer airflow will becoming highly concentrated with dust,
while only the inner airflow with a low dust concentration is filtered by the filter. The dust in the outer airflow
will fall into the lower bucket without coming into contact with the filter. This primary separation process
separates approximately 50% of the dust, reducing the burden on the filter.
Airflow is uniformly distributed over the filter surface by airflow rectification plate inside the main body.
This prevents uneven load on the filter at certain parts. Thus, prevents excessive wear in certain areas
and achieves efficient dust collection.
